Arrival and departure: The rooms are ready on the arrival day from 14:00. We ask you to check out of the rooms before 10:00 on the day of departure. The room will be charged up to the arranged day for early departures.
Arrival: We can offer a new service to guests arriving by train, bus or airplane. With your reservation confirmation or your voucher, you can take advantage of a free return transfer from the Wörgl, Brixlegg, Rattenberg or Jenbach train stations to Reith i.A. Furthermore, there is also the possibility of purchasing a regional bus ticket at the reception with which you can use the bus network between Wörgl and Strass im Zillertal at a price of just € 2.00 throughout your stay.

Pets: Dogs will charged at € 9.00 per day without food.

Visitor's tax: The visitor's tax costs € 2.00 per person + day and is not included in the room price.

Payment terms: Payment is made in the hotel before departure and it is possible to pay a deposit in advance.

Cancellation terms: If you do not arrive, or depart early, the room will be charged up until the arranged day.
We charge 30% of the accommodation costs for cancellations within 4 to 6 weeks of the reserved date, 50% within 2-4 weeks and 100% within the last two weeks.
