- Arrival and departure: The rooms are available from 2 pm on your arrival day. We ask you to leave your room on your departure day by 10 am.
- Parking: free of charge
- Train station shuttle: If you are arriving with the train, we will be happy to pick you up with our hotel shuttle bus at the Jenbach or Brixlegg train station free of charge.
- Gourmet board times: Breakfast buffet from 7:30 - 10:30 am, Cake and pastry buffet from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, 5-course gourmet evening meal from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

- Children's discount: in the winter and in summer: 0-1 years 100 % | 2-5 years 70% | 6-14 years -50 % | 15-17 years -30 %; with two adults paying full price. We are happy to provide you with a Baby crib on request for € 10,- per day and child.
- Pets: We charge € 25.00 per day without food. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the dining or spa areas.

Up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
In the week of arrival: 90 % cancellation fee - Your credit card will only be charged in case of cancellation.
