Oldies - Austria's best oldie party The Kirchenwirt has been known for its wonderful old-timer events for more than 20 years and the fans from neighbouring countries come at least twice per year to the wonderfully organised "Oldie-Weeks" in May and October!
Visitors to "Austria's best oldie party" can revisit their youth... More than 13 hours of non-stop live music "Do you remember....?" will be heard on this weekend just as often as the nostalgic dreams of today's youth: "Those were the days..." Reith im Alpbachtal belongs to the "oldies" on Saturday (from 17:00) and Sunday (from 11:00). Austria's unique musical concert trip back in time to the 50s 60s and 70s is accompanied by a nostalgic old-timer car show in the centre of town and various exhibitions: with 10 live bands of course!
